Food diary of a nutritionist- Day 1

What does a nutritionist actually eat? 

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with spinach and fried tomatoes.
 







Lunch

Homemade carrot and lentil soup with wholemeal seeded bread.









Dinner

Butternut squash pilaf (with brown basmati rice)










Late night snack

Lidt dark chocolate- 70% cocoa.
